Caliphate Journal of Philosophy of Education

The Caliphate Journal of Philosophy of Education (CAJOPE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to high-quality philosophical research in education. It provides a platform for researchers, educators, and policymakers to advance knowledge in the philosophy of education, educational foundations, and allied disciplines — with particular attention to resource-limited settings and the Nigerian educational context.

The journal is published by the Philosophy of Education Unit, Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education and Extension Services, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto.

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review: author and reviewer identities are kept confidential throughout the process. Decisions are communicated by the editorial team.

CAJOPE is open access — all articles are freely available, and copyright is retained by authors. Article metadata is exposed for harvesting via an OAI-PMH endpoint, supporting indexing by Google Scholar, African Journals Online (AJOL), and other scholarly databases.
